Just Connect LLC ("Just Connect", "we", "us") operates the justconnect.health website and the Just Connect interoperability platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about visitors to our website and users of our dashboard.
Protected health information (PHI) that flows through the platform on behalf of our customers is governed by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between Just Connect and each customer, not by this policy.
Website: pages visited, referrer, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not sell this data.
Forms: name, work email, company, and the details you choose to share when requesting a demo or consultation.
Dashboard: account credentials, role, audit logs of configuration changes, and support interactions.
To respond to your requests, provide and secure the platform, send product and security notices, and improve our website and documentation. We may send marketing email to business contacts; you can opt out at any time.
We share information with service providers who help us run the business (cloud hosting, email, CRM, analytics) under contracts that restrict their use of the data. We disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Just Connect maintains HITRUST r2 certification and a SOC 2 Type 2 report. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain website and account information for as long as needed for the purposes described here and as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@justconnect.health. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, which we honor.
